I have been training with Julie for two years, and my health and overall well-being has improved drastically. Better mood, increased confidence, more stamina and so much stronger.

Julie’s easy-going, lovable personality has made it possible to stick with a routine of three days a week. She is careful with my rotator cuff and knee issues and listens when I tell her something is sore. My workouts are entirely tailer-made for me, and I’m always confident she has my best interest in mind. I adore Julie and training with her has been the best thing I’ve done for myself in years.

My only regret is not finding her sooner!

I have been training with Julie for 5 years.

I love how Julie can tailor my work out according to my needs and any injuries or problems I have. I love working out outside and I really enjoy the variety of workouts she gives us every time I come. It’s always new and different.

My goal was always to stay in shape and especially tone up my core, arms and legs. Before that I was very weak and now I feel strong and fit.

Julie is not only a great trainer but a fun and easy going person to spend my Monday and Wednesday mornings with!

I have been training with Julie for a year and a half. During this year, Julie helped me get through a debilitating lumbar stenosis, and I now feel stronger than before my back problems even started!!

I cannot be more grateful to have her as my trainer. As someone that has tried many different types of training (cross-fit, DUT, power-lifting etc), what I love most about training with Julie, is that she always makes working out fun, and I truly feel energized after my workouts. On top of that, I have reduced my body fat percentage and dropped weight in a healthy and steady way.

I have been training with Julie for five months. My favorite part of training is the chats we have while I’m exercising. Most of the time I don’t even feel like I’m working that hard until the next day when I am SORE!

I also like the variety of workouts - keeps things interesting. My goal is to be and feel healthier and I’m well on my way. My clothes fit better, I feel more confident about the way I look and I’ve lost 1% body fat already!

We work out weekly with Julie at the same time. Despite our different needs and pacing, Julie pays close attention to each of us — directing, encouraging and supporting us in our fitness goals.

In our early 70’s, each of us has had different rehab needs. Our goals are to increase and maintain strength and balance, with emphasis on function – being able to stay active and safe at home and in the world.

We appreciate (1) Julie’s creativity and expertise in coming up with fresh and varied exercise programs for each of us (2) her ability to integrate instructions from our doctors and physical therapists and (3) her unfailing sense of humor and her caring, empathic way of relating to us as individuals.
