Hi! I'm Julie.

I am a certified personal trainer with my CPR and First Aid up to date. I have been an independent trainer since 2010, where I travel to my clients, they come to me or we meet at an outdoor location of their choice. I train clients ranging from 18-75 years old, both male and female.

I bring all the equipment and create customized training programs based on the individuals goals and modify for all injuries and limitations.

The 30-50 minute workout focuses on a dynamic warm-up, strength training with core strengthening exercises, cardio endurance exercises and a cool-down.

I love what I do and feel so blessed to help others, while having fun! I’ve met many amazing people during the last 8 years and am proud to say my clients keep coming back for more, year after year!
