The Winter Challenge is simple!
Sign up for a CHALLENGE, which includes either 1 or 2 in-person personal training sessions per week.
Personal Training sessions are 30 minutes long at a location of your choice (comfort of your home, a local park) or my primary locations (Heather Farms, Arbolado or a private indoor location).
Each challenge includes a free yoga mat and a resistance band so you can do the workouts on your own! Each challenge also includes meal planning guidance.
AND if we meet twice a week, I’ll include 4 free boot camps, and a daily food check!
If you hit your goal, your prize will be something from a fitness brand of your choice!
Pricing:
CHALLENGE 1: 1 session a week for 8 weeks: $360 (includes yoga mat and resistance band so you can do the workouts on your own and meal planning guidance)
CHALLENGE 2: 2 sessions a week for 8 weeks: $720 (includes 4 free boot camps, a yoga mat and resistance band for home workouts, nutrition and meal planning guidance and daily food checks)
You must buy the 8 weeks in advance to hold your spot and for accountability. No refunds, but you can postpone and use them whenever but you will not be eligible for the challenge. Contact Julie for available dates/times!
